Dr. Karley Musum
Dr.Karley Musum developed a love for animals at a very young age. Caring for her own pets as a child helped nurture her love for animals and motived her to become a veterinarian.
Dr. Musum joined the medical team at Plainfield Animal Hospital since August 2020 as an associate veterinarian. She is certified in Fear Free and her professional interests include preventive medicine, anesthesia, and surgery. She enjoys helping animals and witnessing the strength of the human-animal bond.
Dr. Musum is originally from Summit, NJ. She attended Loyola University Maryland where she studied biology and chemistry. Upon completing her degree at Loyola, she studied at Oregon State University where she obtained her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.
When not at the hospital, Dr. Musum likes to travel, hike, and visit with friends and family. She lives with her two dogs, Finn a pug, and Charlotte an English bulldog.
